Daily Holiday: Kraken Day

It’s Kraken Day, and no I’m not talking about the Seattle Kraken.

Kraken Day, also called Myths and Legends Day, is a day to celebrate the mythical cephalopods that are written in myths and legends such as the Kraken. And if you don’t know what cephalopod means, cephalopods are a class of marine invertebrates that have arms and tentacles, three hearts, large brains, and blue blood.

If you want to know more about the Kraken, or cephalopods, I suggest you search for information in a book or on the internet. I don’t doubt it would be an interesting read, and you may even learn something new.

Happy Kraken Day!
